After spending quite a bit more than usual last month thanks to a few splurges and my birthday, my September 2026 purchases were much more minimal. As you can see, it all evens out! Back-to-school activities are in full swing, which means busier evenings and apparently less time for shopping—even online.
The only item I actually purchased was this floral Walmart skirt for $30.03. I kept seeing it styled by Walmart influencers and finally gave in. I’m so glad I did! I love the colors and print and can already see so many ways to wear it throughout fall and winter.
The rest of this month’s additions were gifted. I received three colorful striped sweaters and several fun fall pieces from SHEIN, including balloon jeans, matching sets, a plaid sweater, and a couple of jackets. Some of the silhouettes pushed me a little outside my comfort zone, but they’ve been really fun to style. I also added a pair of leopard flats that I’m sure will get plenty of wear this fall.
And it was a particularly good month for bags! I’m loving my cream Teddy Blake bag—it goes with practically everything—and the reversible Daneault bag gives me two colors in one. Both have already been getting lots of use.
I’m definitely feeling ready for fall after my September 2026 purchases. Now I just need the weather to catch up with my closet!
