The Breakdown
My June 2026 purchases ended up being surprisingly minimal. This wasn’t too surprising considering we spent part of the month traveling through Oregon and the Redwoods. Between vacation planning, end-of-school activities, and the start of summer, I simply didn’t have much time for shopping. The one item I did purchase myself was a bright green Marmot rain jacket. I found it at Goodwill for just $3 after a coupon. It turned out to be the perfect addition for our trip, and I was thrilled to find a quality outdoor brand at such a great price.
The rest of my June 2026 purchases were gifted through collaborations, and I couldn’t be happier with the pieces. I had the opportunity to work with Shein and selected several items with a relaxed coastal vibe, similar to last month, that feels perfect for summer. The striped pants, white eyelet pants, woven bag, and navy fringed top all fit beautifully into my warm-weather wardrobe. I also added a pair of mesh Mary Janes and white barrel-leg jeans that I know I’ll wear often. Cosy Island sent two pairs of shoes that couldn’t be more different but are equally versatile: blue kitten heels that add a fun pop of color and neutral wedges that pair with everything. Overall, it was a month of thoughtful additions rather than impulse purchases, and my total out-of-pocket spending came in at just $3.
