I was admiring this sweater from Kim when she wore it last. She was having a hard time styling it so I suggested an easy solution. Give it to me, of course (have I mentioned I tend to be sarcastic?). I was pretty shocked when she took me seriously! No one takes me seriously! Hooray for blogging friends! I am sure I will style it lots of different ways in the future, but for this outfit, I added several patterns and textures. The cardigan stands out, but with the gingham and lace, it isn’t too much.
The first time I wore this dress was for Claire’s baptism. This dress doesn’t have much of a waistline which I found out the hard way looking back at pictures. The belt helps accentuate my waist and makes the dress look less like a sack. Thank goodness for skinny belts! I love how this outfit turned out and can’t wait to style it again. Thanks Kim!
And make you stop back Friday when I am doing a exciting collaboration with her!
