Oh yes, I’m continuing all of the soup recipes! Last weekend I spent a lot of time outside helping out selling cookies at Girl Scout cookie booths. Brrr! This weekend, Claire and I are heading to Wisconsin to spend the weekend camping in a cave. So, more warming soups on our Menu Planning 2/8-2/21/26 are definitely called for!

Let’s Discuss!
Since I’ve been relatively busy with scouts, I’m sticking with quick, easy, and familiar meals for our Menu Planning 2/8-2/21/26. Over the past 2 weeks, I tried a new soup recipe that was a definite win. Here are my thoughts on the recipes I tried:
- Sweet Chili ChickenWraps– We loved these. They were pretty easy to prep, too. I ended up making a salad from the cucumber and carrots to add some flavor.
- BLT soup– This was so good! We skipped the romaine and used spinach instead. I couldn’t wrap my head around cooking lettuce. I would recommend saving the bacon as a topper for the soup so it stays crispy.
If you’re looking for simple, cozy meals to carry you through these chilly late-winter days, I hope this Menu Planning 2/8–2/21/26 gives you a few ideas to try. Let me know which recipe you’d make first—or share a favorite meal you’ve been loving lately! I always appreciate your recommendations.
