Since I haven’t tried any new recipes lately, I wanted to make sure I added a few new ones in during the upcoming weeks. Are you the kind of person that sees all of those recipes on facebook, pinterest, or tiktok and gets inspired? Because I definitely am! I’m very interested (but also cautious) about how people add more protein to their meals. Since the High Protein Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese with cottage cheese turned out so well, I wanted to use more cottage cheese in different main dishes. The Cottage Cheese Alfredo and Buffalo Chicken Chalupas both use this as a way of adding a creamy flavor, protein and not a lot of extra fat. Both of these recipes look really good, too!
