healthy eating is that they get bored. They end up eating the same stuff over
and over, not because you can’t make interesting food that’s also healthy, but
because they don’t know how. The revolution in vegetarian cooking in the last
couple of years has given us a lot of innovative recipes that turn vegetables
into something a lot more exciting. The problem is, a lot ofthose recipesinvolve using a food processor. There are also a lot of quick and

The spiralizer was one of those kitchen gadget
fads, but a lot of people that are trying to eat well swear by it. It makes

can replace noodles with something like spiralized courgette, you get a far healthier meal by reducing calories, carbohydrates, and increasing your vegetables. I madezucchini spaghetti and meatballs for dinner just the other night with my spiralizer and we all loved it!
