This aztec cardigan was a maternity item from PinkBlush. You can see the first time I wore it here. I liked it so much I had to wear it again post-maternity especially when I saw this pin from Southern Curls & Pearls. I loved the way her cognac boots and bag looked against the black and wanted to give it a shot myself. It was such a comfortable, cozy outfit for a colder day, I will definitely wear it again! Items like cardigans and some tunic sweaters can definitely work after baby.
The longsleeve tee I am wearing is from Nordstrom and I got it in 3 colors. Yes, it's that good. It's so soft and if you are looking for a basic long sleeve tee this one is perfect. It's just long enough to wear with leggings (I'm 5'5") and short enough to tuck in if you want. I would order a size down though (I am a small and ordered an XS and it's perfect). These boots are ones I got to replace my well-worn cognac pair from about 5 years ago. This pair from Franco Sarto comes in a wide width which is awesome for my slightly wide feet and I can wear thicker socks with it, too. A blessing in the winter!

Very classy!! I wore my maternity clothes for a few months after a winter pregnancy. Nothing wrong with that especially when they are this cute. You look adorable!
ReplyDeleteI like the colour combo with the cardigan and boots together! You should definitely wear this cardigan more often too, you'd never know it was a maternity piece!
ReplyDeleteI'm planning on wearign one of my maternity dresses this weekend though and my youngest is over a year and a half...haha!
Hope you are having a good week so far and you're getting organised for Christmas! I finished my shopping, just waiting for it all to arrive in the mail now haha.

I agree with all of the other comments - this doesn't look like a (former) maternity outfit at all! Love the black and brown combo. I always forget to do this pairing but it really does look so chic!
