Twofer Tuesday: Shades of Green

This was something I threw on for work one day. I wanted to try mint and green together and just pulled out khakis to go.

Tank-Old Navy (similar, similar) | Cardigan-Target (similar, similar) | Pants-Express, thrifted (similar, similar) | Necklace-Groopdealz | Flats-Gap (exact, similar

It was one of those days when I took the morning off and then changed for work. Perfect for a cooler spring day (and windy as you can tell from my weird hair part)!

Top-Loft, thrifted (similar, similar) | Cardigan-gifted (black similar, navy similar) | Jeans-Gap, thrifted (similar, similar) | Flats-souvenir (similar, similar)

This cardigan was one of my recent tailoring spree targets. Initially I only had about 4 items on my 'to do' list and now I find more things everyday. Oh, wouldn't this look better with a few inches taken in here? I swear, don't learn how, it's addicting! Although I love how they turn out! Anyway, I have to go take off a few inches on some jeans so I can wear them this week.

  7. That polka dot cardigan is so cute! I can't remember the last time I saw a polka dot cardigan in any color other than black and white... but then again, I have a terrible memory. I wish I could do my own alterations though!

  14. I love pairing similar colors together. I have a post coming soon talking about just that! Love the mint and green. I'm so impressed you are doing your own tailoring. I often think things would be easily improved but don't want to spend the time/money to actually go to a tailor.
