Many people may say fall is sweater weather, but if you are a runner, you probably think of fall as running season! It’s prime temperature to not get overheated, but not need to bundle up either. Home Remedy Diffuser Blend
I really liked the fresh, clean, almost mint scent of this blend. It really opens your airways and helps soothe your feelings.
Mover Soother Roll-On
Did Simply Earth read my mind? I just made this a few days ago and have already used it. It’s nice that it’s small enough to fit in a purse to use throughout the day. It does have a soothing, relaxing element to it and while it does make the area tingly, it’s far less potent than something like Icy Hot.
Muscle Tamer Massage Bar
This. Is. So. Good. This massage bar is my favorite recipe this month by far. I used to buy similar bars from a certain store, but now I get to make my own in whatever scents I want! And they are really easy, too. I love the nubs on the bar to help loosen tight muscles.
Sports Relief Lotion
This sports relief lotion can be used in two different ways. It helps soothe dry skin or it can be applied to sore muscles to help ease the tension. I love how moisturizing it is.
Comfort Compress
I love the idea of this reusable compress that can be used with warm or cold water depending on your preferences.
Happy Feet Foot Soak
I’m literally using this right now! I love that you can make this soak ahead of time (minus water) as a gift for someone, but it still come be made quickly if you want to make it for yourself, too.
