Thoughts on September’s Purchases
Compared to last month’s mix of thrifting, birthday deals, and Amazon finds, September clothing purchases 2025 felt slower and more intentional. My only true buys were the cardigan and tennis bracelet from Amazon—both under $25 and versatile enough to wear regularly.
The rest of the month’s additions came from collaborations. Charlie B especially spoiled me with new fall staples: everything from embroidered jackets to velvet-ribbon jeans that add a unique twist on classic denim. Shein also sent over some versatile pieces (hello, white blazer and blouse!) that will layer beautifully with my closet basics. And those Cecelia New York loafers? The perfect blend of chic and comfortable.
While the number of pieces looks big on paper, it honestly feels different from August. These items feel thoughtful, wearable, and seasonally perfect. Having such a light personal spend also makes me feel good heading into October, when fall fashion temptations always ramp up.
