I hope everyone in the States had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! We were lucky to spend it with family and enjoy a little extra downtime. With the long weekend behind us, I didn’t get a chance to shoot new content for the blog, but I still wanted to share something fun and useful—spring and summer work outfit ideas for women!
These are 12 different looks I’ve worn to work recently. While they’ve popped up on Instagram, they haven’t made it to the blog yet. I’ve grouped them into a few easy categories: white pants, dresses, colored pants, and casual looks perfect for Casual Fridays (think leggings or jeans). Hopefully these give you a little outfit inspiration as we head into the summer!
White Pants
Spring work outfit ideas for women often start with a great pair of white pants. They’re fresh, crisp, and instantly elevate any look. I love how they make colors and prints pop, making them a perfect base for spring office outfits.

Colored Pants
Another favorite in my rotation of spring work outfit ideas for women is colored pants. They’re a fun way to switch things up from the usual black or navy. I’ve been reaching for an olive pair that works like a neutral and a coral pair that adds the perfect pop of color for spring.

Dresses
Dresses are one of the easiest spring work outfit ideas for women—just add a few accessories and you’re ready to go. I styled mine with everything from headbands and denim jackets to blazers, flats, and boots, depending on the weather. It’s such a simple way to stay comfortable and polished all season long.

Casual Fridays
Of course, no roundup of spring work outfit ideas for women is complete without some Casual Friday inspiration. I included a few laid-back looks with leather leggings and jeans—it’s always nice to dress down a bit at the end of the week while still keeping things pulled together for the office!

Let me know which look was your favorite—or what you’ve been wearing this spring!
