I’m borderline having a panic attack as I type this. Why? I was looking at my calendar to determine the dates for my menu planning post and realized this is my last menu planning post this summer. Teachers go back to work 8/11. I am shook. Summer has passed by so quickly! As our summer winds down, here is our Menu Planning 7/27-8/10/25! Don’t forget I also I post weekly recipes through the link on my instagram profile. Please follow me there. I appreciate the support!

Let’s Discuss!
Since we enjoyed the Icelandic hot dogs so much during our trip, I thought it would be fun to try them out for dinner. There are a few other new recipes I’m looking forward to trying like the rhubarb cake. We have 2 healthy bushes and I haven’t made anything this year yet.
- Crockpot Kung Pao Chicken– I had this on the menu before our Iceland trip and never got the chance to make it. I finally had a chance to make it. It’s very easy and quite tasty. Avie has been asking for it again and again!
- Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Skewers– Give me all the pickle flavors! I’m loving all of the dill pickle recipes and foods in stores. It’s a great flavor our entire family enjoys. This was a fun one that we liked.
- Thai Sloppy Joe Sliders– These are a fun twist on sloppy joes. They are so good!
- Lemon Brownies– I think the only thing I would change is to double the recipe next time. It makes a square pan and my family gobbled them up in a few days.
