Let’s Discuss!
Last post I had mentioned how excited I was to be making some new dessert recipes that I had found via pinterest. Somehow I found the time to make them both.
- Millionaire Brownies– I made these first. They are a time investment. There are 4 layers and the caramel layer and ganache layer must be made a bit ahead of time because they need to cool. However, they have their name for a reason. They are incredible! I love the mix of textures and rich flavor.
- Gooey Reese’s Cheesecake Cookies– I had some trouble finding mini Reese’s Pieces and the picture didn’t even look like they used them so I’m a bit confused. There was no mention of a PB drizzle either. Perhaps they mistyped and meant mini Reese’s cups and chopped Reese’s cups. Regardless, they were very good, but would likely be better as pictured.
We have a big couple of weeks coming up with soccer, swimming, Mother’s Day and more! We are mostly making some tried-and-true recipes for our Menu Planning 5/4-5/17/25.
Do you have an at-home dinner for Mother’s Day or go out to eat?
