Last post I tried a new recipe to us for High Protein Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. If you are trying to fit more protein into your diet, I highly recommend it! The entire family loved the flavor. I dialed back the spice a tiny bit, but most of us added more with some hot sauce. It’s so filling and very quick to put together.

- Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
- Fish Tacos (I use this recipe as a base, season my fish with Ras Al Hanout seasoning and serve with avocado or guacamole, siracha aioli, and cilantro on a tortilla)
- Smoked short ribs
- Crack chicken noodle soup
- Crumbl Reese’s PB cookies*
