With my last menu planning post I didn’t have any new recipes I was trying so I added a few in for the next 2 weeks. Matt sent me the recipe for a pumpkin dump cake. I may have made one years ago, but I’m having a hard time remembering. Hopefully Claire or Aveline will end up making this for dessert for us. I also found a few other recipes with some fall flavors like the Harvest Chicken Casserole and the Apple Sage Turkey Chili. Although I’m not sure I would call it chili, more of a stew, I think it will be tasty. For a quick side dish my kids have been enjoying lately I normally make ‘Yum Bread.’ That is what my kids call it. I just take a loaf of french bread and spread butter, a bit of garlic powder, and Gibson’s season salt and toast it in the oven. They go crazy for it! The Gibsons really makes it so much better than plain garlic bread.
