Matt took the kids to a swim meet out of town during December while I stayed for a 5K race. I took advantage, did a lot of baking, and some thrifting! I am still in shock I got Lily Pulitzer, THML, and a silk Rachel Zoe top in one trip! There was another Lily Pulitzer top I left behind and some YSL wedges that were sadly, too small.
This past month I worked with some amazing companies like Charlie B, Cosy Island Teddy Blake, and Universal Standard and picked out pieces I really like. I did make two other shoe purchases. I’ve wanted red patent leather red heels for ages and couldn’t find the exact shade or heel height I wanted. DSW had a Cyber Monday sale and these were reasonable, especially considering they are leather. I also decided to keep the pair of boots I purchased in November. They are amazing quality and I love the style.
For next month, I am hoping to spend less, but if I have some time I would love to go thrifting again. It’s so much fun and you never know what you will find. What are you on the look out for?
