A few weeks ago, I shared my skincare routine. Although it has quite a few steps, it really helps with my overall skin tone. I have been using eye cream and a moisturizing mask from Valentia so I was very excited to swap out my current retinol facial serum with Valentia's Royal Rose Hydrating Serum. The retinol twice a day was drying to my skin so I needed to find something more moisturizing. The Royal Rose Serum has made quite a difference.
It is more of a creamy serum and less watery than other serums I have tried. It helps to boost moisture and resilience while calming the skin. It helps to deeply moisturize skin, provides antioxidant protection, boost skin radiance, and help to smooth skin tone and texture. With time the Vitamin B in it can help to fade away hyperpigmentation, sun spots, and acne which is something I struggle with. Lavender helps to calm the skin and Rosehip Seed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil help to moisturize without an oily feel. After years of struggling with dry skin, adding a moisturizing serum to my routine has really helped. If you are looking to add a serum to your routine, check out Valentia's Royal Rose Hydrating Serum!

I don't currently use a serum, but this sounds like one I would try. My skin is very dry, sensitive, and I have several sun spots I'd like to lighten. I'll have to try it. Great review! ~Lili www.thefashionsalt.com
It sounds lovely! My skin is always dryer in winter so I'm looking for products like this, but I reacted badly to the last serum I tried so I'm just sticking to what I know for a while until I get the bravery to try again, haha!
I have never tried a serum and I am not even 100% sure what they actually do. These Valentia products are a little pricey but they seem so nice. With Summer coming up and now that I am in my 30s I think a face serum is what I need. Thanks for a thorough review.
I love me a good serum! Does this one smell as beautiful as it sounds?
