Valentia Eye Cream and Hydration Mask

valentia eye cream and hydration mask review
On Monday I shared my in depth skincare routine. It's one I do both morning and night and I have definitely been seeing results. Overall my skin is brighter, more moisturized, smoother, and with less breakouts. Today I wanted to share what I have been using for a moisturizing mask and eye cream. Especially in the winter, I use a moisturizing mask 1-2 times a week. My skin gets dry and Valentia's Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask really helps! Typically I shower at night so I just apply it after my shower and keep it on while I work on blogging or while I watch tv with my husband. I know we are all busy so it's important to figure out how to fit everything in! If I can multi-task you'd better believe I will!

What I love about the Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask is that it is formulated with amino acids and hyaluronic acid (one of my favorite moisturizing ingredients) to provide intense hydration and nourishment. Ingredients like green tea and aloe vera, help with skin firmness, diminishing sun spots, and skin tone. The mask also claims to help in the production of collagen and elastin which decreases the appearance of visible lines. I haven't seen any results in that area, but I've only been using the mask for a week so I can't speak to it. What I have noticed the most benefit with is the moisture without making my skin feel oily at all. It goes on very smoothly and there is a slight cool, tingling feeling for the first few minutes after application. I find it relaxing.

After applying toner each morning and night, I use eye cream. As I get older I feel eye cream is more and more important for helping to prevent fine lines and help with dark circles. If I go without it, I can tell after only a few days! Valentia's True Glow Eye Cream contains anti-inflammatory ingredients and plant stem cells to help repair and protect the skin. In the past I have used an eye serum. This is more of a cream formula that helps with hydration. I really like the pump that dispenses just the right amount for both eyes in a hygienic way. It's helped me look more well rested. I haven't noticed any decrease in fine lines, but again, I've only been using this twice a day for a week.

Overall, I'm impressed with Valentia's mask and eye cream after using them for a week and look forward to continue incorporating them into my skincare routine. Valentia used berries, herbs, barks and other natural ingredients. When choosing skincare products that's really important to me. I want to know what I am putting on my face.

  3. How's the "greasiness" factor? Does it absorb quickly? Mel at eyecreamadvisor

    1. I didn't find it greasy at all. It absorbed pretty quickly on me, similar dry time as my other eye creams. :)

  4. I have never used a mask but I have tried eye cream below. I think now that I am older I need to find a face mask product and an eye cream that works but that are both pretty reasonable too. =)
