I'm not sure if you follow me on instagram, but if you do, you may have seen my post on Monday with a -26 degree windchill. Of course, -30 is the cut off for school to be cancelled. Although I had planned to wear this outfit (maybe with flats) with this new SheIn tunic, the temperature put a halt to plans. The leather pants were swapped for jeans, wool socks, and knee high boots. I added a long sleeve shirt underneath. Thankfully this tunic was nice and cozy all day long. Clothing that reminds me of wearing a (very fashionable, but warm) blanket on days like that top my checklist when deciding what to wear! Hopefully I am still able to wear this soon for a casual date night. In the meantime, I am pulling this tunic out on the crazy cold days! At only $20 it's a great way to keep warm!

  6. Super cute and cozy looking! I've been struggling with practical footwear lately. I could get away with my usual shoe choices during winters in Virginia but Michigan winters just don't allow me to wear my ballet flats. Haha.

  7. -30 is the cutoff for school!?!? We would all be dying here in OK. I am literally cringing as I read those temps. Glad you made some clothing swaps. Stay warm my friend!

  9. Ooh boy that is cold!! A bummer that it was cold, but not quite cold enough to cancel school, you were so close! (Although wow, I don't know what the cutoff is around here, but I bet it's at a warmer temp then that... that is COLD.) Love this look, especially that cozy warm tunic and those fun shoes!

I can't even imagine how cold that would be, haha! We are so lucky here in Queensland it never even gets cold enough for snow.
