This sweater was a gift this past Christmas from Matt's aunt and uncle. I really liked the layered look and open back. I've worn it casually like this outfit, but it easily dresses up. Just this past week I wore it with a black pencil skirt to work. Only it wasn't such a big hit at work. One of my students came up to me and said he didn't like my outfit. (You really can't get offended by anything children say. They are so adorable, have little to no comprehension of others' feelings yet, and are just as complimentary as they can be insulting!) "Well I don't like buttons and your top has buttons." Ahh. I see. I wish life was still as simple as buttons or no buttons, don't you?

My son gets upset every time I wear my camo pants! He's 9 and thinks I'm trying to dress like a teenager from the 80's... his exact words. lol. Gotta love kids! The back of this top is what I love about it!
