We had such a nice, relaxing trip to Lake of the Ozarks last week. We rented a condo right on the lake and had at least one meal a day on the patio. There was only one day where it rained and we couldn’t go to the pool. We were still able to take advantage and visit a nearby cave though! Claire had a blast spending time in the pool everyday. I brought with me my poolside essentials knowing we were going to be spending quite a bit of time by the water.
1. Sun Protection
With all that time outside, we all made sure to apply (and reapply) lots of waterproof sunscreen. No sunburns! We also wore protective sunglasses and a hat for when we were out of the pool, but still spending time outside.
2. A Pedicure
Brightly painted toes are so cute poolside!
3. Reading Material
It’s nice to have something to enjoy when you are not in the pool. I brought some magazines and my Kindle. Magazine are nice just in case they get wet-it’s not like you ruined anything expensive!
4. Spongelle Body Conturing Buffer
This is something I used before going to the pool. Spongelle’s Anti-Cellulite Buffer is an innovative dual sided Body Contouring Buffer that massages, smoothes, exfoliates, and detoxifies areas prone to cellulite. It already contains a gentle cleanser and moisturizers in the sponge and helps boost circulation to make you feel more toned and rejuvenated. I like the two different sides and exfoliation I got from it. The scent is invigorating, too! I use it every time I shower and it makes me feel pampered and refreshed.
You can find Spongelle on instagram here. Use code BBLOGGER20 for 20% off your purchase at Spongelle (valid through 10/19/15). These would make some great gifts or stocking stuffers for the holidays! And with all the different products and fragrances you are sure to find something for everyone!
