Just over a week ago my sister-in-law visited us for a week. Last year when she visited we made these wire wrapped bracelets. We made quite a few and I wear them a lot, especially during the summer! This year when she visited we decided our crafting needs to be a tradition. With all the amazing tassel necklaces I've been seeing on instagram and other blogs we thought we would try our hand at making our own.
I had quite a few beads in my stash, but we got a few larger ones and some tassels at the craft store and set to work! They all turned out so cute and I have really been enjoying pairing them with my outfits recently! (Tip: if you get a larger tassel and can't remove the tie on the top, just tie it in a knot so it is smaller and thread it on). You can see some of my creations on instagram.

Laura, the simplicity of this outfit is so perfect! I really like the necklace you made - and what a fantastic way to bond with your sister-in-law, too! I love the crafting tradition you two have established :)
