The boho trend is big this summer and so adorable! The breezy fabrics and colorful patterns and embellishments scream, "Summer!" to me. I've been on the lookout for some pieces to add to my closet and saw this dress from SheIn. It's perfect with the pretty collar detail and flowy material. It practically floats when you walk!
When I first wore it last week I didn't notice until I was already at work that despite the lining, it's a bit sheer. Oops! Luckily I had a white tank top on. I took of the straps and pulled the whole tank top down so I was better covered. Lesson learned. It's a very good idea to have a quick check in a full length mirror before leaving the house, always!

That maxi dress is beautiful on you, and I like it with the denim jacket! :)
ReplyDeleteI've seen a similar one online I was tempted to buy, but I'm always wary with white things online as you never know how see-through they are! I'm glad you could make it work-suitable with a white tank underneath :)
Thank you for the link up!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous look!
ReplyDeleteI have been a victim to a sheer piece of clothing too. I remember once wearing a white pencil skirt and hot pink underwear...smart right. It wasn't until I had spent a day at the mall and then dropped by my office and my boss commented that you could see right through my skirt, how embarrassing!!

ReplyDeleteThanks 4 linking up to Top of the World Style. Your dress looks perfect for hot summer evenings!
ReplyDeleteI have seen this stunning maxi dress on other bloggers. With the perfect and always-classic, medium-blue denim jacket looks even more boho. The collar of that dress is stunning. I see you have made the most out of your denim jacket lately. I have worn mine a ton too and just a few days ago I did a post where I shoed 23 ways I have worn it (in reality, I have worn it a lot more times than 23 lol).
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun dress! I love how unique and flowy it is. Good thing you had the tank top on!
