For a short month I got a lot of things! The Loft tees, Everlane tees, pink button up, and black boots were all replacement items in my closet though. I am really pleased with the price I got on the boots. I noticed they went on clearance a couple days after my purchase, submitted online for a price adjustment, and got it later that night! I've never tried the INC brand boots before, but so far they are extremely comfortable. And for my slightly wide feet they didn't need any breaking in which was a huge plus! The Tory Burch flats on the other hand did need some breaking in. I saved up some of my Shopbop credits and nabbed them once my size was back in stock. I know eventually they will be comfortable and they are much higher quality than the cheap ones they replaced in my closet, but I wore them Tuesday and my feet weren't exactly happy.
The Old Navy purchases and J.Crew skirts were impulse buys. Every closet needs a few though. They are all really fun, comfortable to wear, and were great prices!
As for things that did not work out; I also tried to invest in a nicer ring by purchasing a Michael Kors one, but higher cost does not always equal higher quality and within hours one of the crystals had fallen out so it went right back. I ordered some super cute jeans from ThredUp from Old Navy (check out my referral code for $10 off your first purchase!). I didn't know they were Rockstar cut and apparently that runs a size small. My future sister-in-law was pretty happy about that since she got them! I will still be looking on ThredUp for them in a bigger size though because they were so cute!
I also got some really great c/o pieces. I have been using my Greg Michaels tote nonstop (review here) and wearing the ring that worked out much better than the MK one I had to return. I am also very excited to style my new red sheath dress from the Pumps and Pushups Collection in March for you all!
I am guest posting for Bri at Work Clothes I Suppose while she is on her fabulous honeymoon so check out my post on layering tips here!

  7. Great finds on the JCrew skirts on Thread Up and the Tory flats--wow. But I have heard they're uncomfortable at first. Hoping they get broken in soon because they're gorgeous and you need these for spring.

  18. Good for you for getting a price adjustment on the boots! I have had such great luck with mace's shoe department - I bought a couple of Christmas gifts during their buy one get one free event! And replacement items are such a tough way to spend part of your clothing budget but so necessary!

  19. Well done on that price adjustment- so worth it! And isn't a nice to focus on replacement pieces? I feel like it shows that you are honed in on your style and know your staples that work for you! I'm digging those boots and flats- so classic!

  20. Love the boots! I've had really good experiences with Macy's on price adjustments in the past, so it doesn't surprise me that they were so quick about it. I need to try Everlane's tees one of these days--all my tees are look a little ratty!

  22. Ohh I love Old Navy's rockstar collection but yes they run small. Love all the items from Greg Michaels, the new awesome INC Boots and especially the red dress. I am so excited to see you style it. Red plus Dresses are my favorite color and clothes, respectively.

  25. You scored some awesome free items this month! I've seen c/o Shopbop on a ton of blogs. Do points rack up fairly quickly to score such awesome designer duds? That Greg Michaels bag is gorgeous! I'd love to try one of those bags!
