  1. Love your tradition! We do that with my husband's family, and I almost shared it because it's always the perfect way to enter into Christmas day.

  9. We go to church on Christmas Eve as a family too! I agree that it can get chaotic and stressful and we need to remember what this season is all about! I love this post because it lets the readers get a small glimpse into the personal life of their favorite bloggers! Thanks for sharing this dear! xxoo

  11. It's so fun hearing about everyone's traditions, and they are all so different. It's nice to have them, and pass them down through the generations.

  13. I've known you for 7 years and didn't know this is how you spend Christmas Eve...I'm so glad you find time to relax and enjoy a simple meal, as the rest of the meals around this time of year certainly aren't simple! My favorite holiday tradition is to play hooky from life with Jason Christmas Day. Take out and a movie plus making a DIY ornament of some sort has been a great way to spend Christmas Day the past 4 years...Christmas Eve is a big family get together so it's nice to have a down day.

  14. I like the idea of making an ornament each year! As our own little family now we are starting to make our own traditions for Christmas, too! I have a feeling a birthday meal and cake at night will be included! ;)
