I haven't worn this skirt on the blog, but I have had it for years and years. I typically wear it with black so to switch it up I went with white and black! But seriously I wanted to be a little bolder with work outfits and try bolder pattern mixing. So I put my big girl panties on and took a deep breath and wore it to work. I don't know what I was so worried about. It was fine and I really like how it turned out.
Today for our co-host we have Jen from Fashionably Employed. For work outfits, she is one of my go-to bloggers. Jen really inspires me with her bold colors, patterns, and keeps it all very classy and in budget. She also has great sewing tips (which as a new-ish sewer I love). Make sure you check her out!

Cute pattern mix! Love the polka dot top and your skirt is gorgeous! Such a perfect work outfit!

Your skirt is beautiful. I own a similar one. Glad you pattern-mixed. We are thinking alike today because I paired a B+W Dotted Top too with a patterned skirt. My favorite way to mix patterns is in black+white colors.
