In high school I fell head first into the graphic shirt trend. So I kind of got sick of them. They are totally back on trend now and there are lots of cute ones out in stores. I finally found one I liked last month and couldn't wait to wear it. They are so great for dressing down skirts, perfect to pair with jeans or shorts, and nice under blazers, too. This for a casual Friday at work. With our afternoon taken up by a meeting, it was comfortable, but put together.

I am (and was) the exact same way!! I was just thinking how I should start wearing the few cute graphic tees I have right now. Yours looks great with the blazer!
ReplyDeleteThat blaze is adorable Claire! Love how you paired this look, keep rocking the graphic shirts!

This outfit is so great. I would love to have that pink jacket in my closet! (and that it's thrifted makes it even better). If you're interested, I think this would make a great addition to the Fashionably Employed Link Up today. I am definitely pinning this and hope I run across a jacket as great as this. :) Thanks for sharing.

your t-shirt is super cute and goes awesome with your blazer
ReplyDeleteThat blazer and the tee are both beautiful and together they match so perfectly. That soft shade of Pink is exactly the color I am looking for too, as a Blazer. Your flats, dainty necklace and bracelets are all very pretty too for this Spring Outfit. I love how put together you look with all thrifted items. Goes to show you that fashion and style doesn't have to cost a fortune!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Sweetie!
I have been loving the graphic tee trend as well--and I love how people have been dressing it up with blazers or tutus! LOVE how you styled it here--so girly and fun :) Causual Fridays at work are the BEST!

Graphic tees are kind of new territory for me, and I am loving them as well! This one is especially cute with the pink blazer!
ReplyDeleteYay Laura, you're looking spring-y today! Love you in pink, that's a great blazer for so many things.

Such a cute outfit, I really like this blazer. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of pairing a graphic tee with a blazer! I have a hoard of graphic tees, but unfortunately most of them aren't fitted... otherwise I could see myself wearing them all the time. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteLove the blazer- super cute! And it ties in perfectly with the graphic tee! I remember when those were in...especially the ones that had the company name plastered across the chest like Old Navy, Abercrombie & Fitch, etc. Those were the days!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh I know, right?! I think they made up my whole closet!
ReplyDeleteThat blazer is such a fantastic thrift find! I love the cut and color.
ReplyDeleteThat tweed blazer is so nice with the denim! It works well with your lovely pastel tee too :)
ReplyDeleteHope you've had a great weekend!

It is nice to see that your snow has melted! I love the tee shirt trend too. You really can dress them up nicely. Love this blazer. You are a master thrifter!! Susan
ReplyDeleteI did the same thing with graphic tees - I wore them all the time in high school and college, and haven't had one in years. I'm kind of starting to like them again (although, I'm VERY picky), because I like how they can be dressed up or down a little bit.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a great blazer! Pretty pretty color!
