Holy moly. My feet hurt! I was walking so much yesterday. There are a few speech therapists that work at my school this year. One of them has a room next to me and we work together on things sometimes. We teamed up in October to do a Halloween activity, in December to make rice sock snowmen, and yesterday we had an egg scavenger hunt.
See, we have connections with E. Bunny so we asked him to hide some eggs for our students. Since it was early, he decided to make it harder for them and give them a series of clues to find a basket of eggs at the end. With seeing over 60 students in a day (my full time caseload and her part time caseload) in 9 groups, with 6 clues all over the school...yeah. I was totally justified propping my feet up while writing this post!

  1. Ooh I have an Easter Egg hunt to attend with all ages at the preschool today. I was contemplating wearing fun Spring colors like this, white jeans, coral, light blue...but since I will be at a park I'm wondering if white is a wise choice. 60 students running around on a scavenger hunt, huh? I hope you did more than just prop your feet up, maybe added a raspberry tarte on the side to nibble, maybe an adult spritzer?! Have a lovely day!!

  8. Aw, I want to do an egg hunt! I'm sure my students would love to do that much more than assess arguments. You deserve to kick your feet up!
