Well Happy Birthday to my Mom! We had a nice day on Saturday celebrating her birthday with my dad, brother and his daughter, aunt, uncle, and their young son. The kiddos are 1, 2 and almost 3 and it was really cute watching them play together (well parallel play to be precise, but that is the speech therapist in me talking). I love watching kids explore new toys and figure out how they work. Claire loved playing with a keyboard and has been commandeering my Kindle for the baby piano app now! It was such a nice day.

Today is a remix of sorts with my favorite boots. I got these last spring after my old cognac boots were starting to show some wear. I seriously hunted for these. I wanted more structure and a more polished look. These were nice because they look a little more like riding boots. They can be dressed up or down a little more easily. My old pair were slouchy and had a much more casual vibe. These are much better quality and should be lasting me quite a few more years!

  14. Thanks for sharing your multiple outfits. I love them all! I think we are quite similar in terms of style: simple, smart, sweet, sexy and a little sporty too. In one of your posts, you mentioned you run. So do I. Keep on shining and keep on sharing!
