Twofer Tuesday: Blazers

 Blazer-New York & Company (similar, similar) // Shirt-Gap (similar, similar) // Jeans-Gap // Cowl scarf-Gap (similar, similar) // Shoes-Payless // Earrings-Francesca's // Bracelets-Groopdealz, Stella and Dot
I just love how blazers pull together and finish an outfit. I wore this last week on Friday which are our casual days at work. I have had this scarf for a while, but had trouble wearing it because it is so chunky. If I don't fold it the right way I can't see my feet. With little ones running around that was a bit of a problem. Rolling and folding it in on itself worked this time and all those little guys stayed safe! ;) The colors of the scarf look so nice against the shirt and blazer so I am glad I was finally able to work it out!

This is probably my favorite blazer. It is a very slimming cut, can be worn as a jacket, and goes with everything. I pulled out my layering trick from when I wore this before and my sweater is just short sleeved. The button up keeps it from being too brown.
How do you like to wear your blazers?

  1. Love the second outfit with the grey and brown, and the purple shirt peeking through! :)

  2. I really like the layering in the first outfit with the scarf over your blazer. And that second blazer is pretty amazing!

What a balanced silhouette. The wide legged jeans are awesome.. they make legs look long!

  4. Nothing beats a black blazer. It's such a classic! But the brown with purple look is really awesome. I love the slightly equestrian feel of this look.

  5. You look great in Blazers. Two awesome Outfits. Your Scarf is Phenomenal as well. I slightly more prefer the second Outfit. There is something so utilitarian, urban & chic about it. So cool!

  6. Love that brown jacket :)

  7. Both of these are such cute looks, I love blazers!

  8. So true about blazers. Love both of these stylish looks.

Yes! i have one blazer that is now too big for me. Time to get on that!

  10. Thanks! It is pretty similar to the one we found at VV, but with longer sleeves. Love tweed blazers! :)

  11. I love your second blazer! It is very flattering on you. And what a great pop of color. It's perfect for brightening up the brown. Thanks so much for linking up.

  12. Visiting from the Love your Look Link-up! I wore a blazer to work today and someone asked why I was so dressed up. I like blazers :) Yours are great and versatile too!
