I don't know how some of you are participating in a shop your closet or 30x30 remix challenge this month. Even if it is just one or two items, I love adding a little something to my wardrobe and 'freshen' it up. I ordered a few things from thredUp last month and because of the weather I just got them late last week. This top was one of them. I've been looking for a leopard button up for a while. Initially I was scared of leopard print so I tried accessories. This is my first clothing item and I got it for layering under things, but after putting it on, I liked the fit and print by itself. To throw all caution to the wind, I added my white jeans. I'm such a rebel!
Don't forget to enter my giveaway for a necklace and bracelet set here!

  1. Oh my gosh I love it with the white jeans! I'm still in the stage where I'm scared of leopard aside from accessories haha.

  3. I have completely embraced leopard print in my wardrobe. Yes, it did take a little while to warm to it, but now I have leopard everything. I love your new blouse and I love ThredUP!

  4. that is a great top! The hardest thing about leopard print is getting a good one, with the right combination of colors and this shirt is a perfect print! (I may be biased, because I have the scarf from H&M in this exact same leopard). 30X30 is way easier than I thought it would be. I did leave some spaces open, and then I made some substitutions after a bit of a shopping spree last weekend. But since accessories aren't part of the 30 items, it's pretty easy to add some interest with a scarf/belt/necklace. I'd been avoiding it for 2.5 years, but I'm really enjoying it!

  5. I might have to add a leopard print pencil skirt now. And thredUp is awesome! I always find good deals on there. Twice is great, too!

  6. Yes, finding the right colors and size of print can be hard. Don't you have a leopard pencil skirt? I keep thinking about maybe getting one now that I kind of like this top! I will probably try a 30x30 sometime, but I think I am still getting used to having a budget, shopping, and what I like/don't like in my wardrobe. I've been enjoying seeing you and Brynn participate though!

  9. I think a 30x30 might be fun, but it would be really hard to choose which items!
