I was really happy with how this outfit came together. I think I just would have changed my tights. An ivory pair would have gone with the more casual feel of the outfit better and complimented the color of the polka dots. The black may be too severe looking? That’s one thing I like about taking outfit pics. I can look back and evaluate and learn!

Whenever I am on the fence about getting rid of an item in my closet, I make myself wear it. This sequin tank was potentially on the chopping block. I like my other sequin tank because it is more fitted, easy to layer, and can even be worn as a vest. This one is more of a tunic fit so I wasn’t sure about it.
I really like it as a ‘going out’ top though. It’s loose without being shapeless. I can always belt it or tuck it in so…I obviously decided to keep it. Wearing something for a day or at least a few hours really helps to evaluate what I like and what I don’t like about an item.
Merry Christmas and I hope everyone has a wonderful day full of happy memories!
