Days of Christmas: Day 10 and Twofer Tuesday

See the little spot of red in the background? That was a cardinal keeping me company as I froze while taking pics this weekend! I actually wore this a few weeks ago while Matt was in Ireland, but since my photographer was gone I had to wait and get pictures later. I love this leather skirt, but didn't want to look too tough in it. To balance out the leather, I added ruffles with my top and a pastel color.

I think I am in deep trouble if sweater dresses ever go out of style! Leggings are such a great option for underneath sweater dresses because they offer more coverage if you are playing on the ground with your children or trying to give speech therapy under a table. ;) I had to wear boots to work due to weather, and flats are a lot easier to fit in a bag than anything else. It's a goal of mine to keep my shoes nice and away from road salt as much as possible this winter!

  11. Two lovely Outfits. I especially love the first one. That Leather Pencil Skirt is Great. I love it. And I love how you layered your Argyle Sweater Dress. That Crystal Statement Necklace is gorgeous too. The Photos outside are beautiful. I love that very first photo. But then again you have such a gorgeous fireplace - I am not sure I mentioned it before.

I would love to see your Christmas decor & Tree too so show us that in a post, some day. I will do the same.

One more great giveaway. I think I would use the Nordstrom Gift Card towards my second pair of Sperry Shoes. I'd love the Shimmery Silver Suede ones. =)

  12. Thank you Ada! I love that statement necklace and have gotten so much use from it! And I know my husband will be very happy to hear you like the photos. He does such a great job and I really appreciate the time it takes for him to do it! And thank you about the fireplace, it is one of the reasons we bought the house. :) I was thinking about doing a Christmas decor post, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Good luck with the giveaway!
