My mom used to make salmon croquettes when I was a kid and we loved them! Of course, they weren’t the healthiest recipe to make since they were fried. When I spotted this recipe on the back of a Chicken on the Sea can while in college, I figured I’d give it a shot. My mom tried it out too and it’s quickly replaced salmon croquettes! This is such a quick and economical recipe, hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
1. You will need a can of salmon, 2T. lemon juice, 1 1/2T. Dijon mustard, 1T. crushed garlic, 3/4c. bread crumbs, 1/2c. chopped green onions, and 3 egg whites.
2. All you need to do is mix the ingredients together and form into patties (I make 5 patties). Then grill on the grill, stove top, or we use our Forman grill.
