It was hanging right in front of me and I couldn’t believe it. A navy pencil skirt with pockets for $5 in great shape. Did I mention it’s Ralph Lauren?? I couldn’t pick it up fast enough! Thanks Goodwill! I knew it would be perfect with my MK top I got a couple months ago.
Anyway, I am including two outfit posts today. I try to participate in the Weekly Trend Spin link up every week because I feel like it challenges me a little and helps me think of outfits I typically wouldn’t think of otherwise. This week was hats. Ug. It’s hot and I typically only wear hats in the winter for practical reasons. I have no idea how to make a baseball cap look cute (and I rarely wear them anyway). But I do wear this one I bought years ago. I paired it with an outfit I have worn in the past for date night. The tunic sweater is just long enough to wear as a dress or tunic and this color is perfect for fall. I love how stretchy and comfortable it is, but wearing it as a dress with boots makes it more date night appropriate. I just included the as a bonus. 🙂
