I am so excited to do another One Piece, Many Ways post! Don't you just love them?! It is wonderful seeing different ways people are able to style a piece and I get so much inspiration. I decided to use my olive corduroy pants because they are a neutral color that a lot of people don't use much, but they really go with a lot. I grabbed them on clearance at Old Navy this past winter for $8 (along with 2 other pairs)!
You can see my last One Piece, Many Ways post here.
Sweater- Old Navy; Shirt- Marshalls; Boots- DSW; Bracelets- gifts; Earrings- Forever 21; Ring- Charming Charlie
I love a tunic sweater, skinny pants, and boots throughout the fall and winter. It's perfect for those days you eat one too many apple cider doughnuts or pieces or apple pie.
Sweater- American Eagle (old); Boots- Esprit (old); Tank- Kohls; Necklace, earrings, and ring- gifts
I like to wear lighter colored tops or ones with bright colors because olive can be a little drab if you pair it with a dark color (e.g. black, brown).
Shirt- Gap, Shoes and belt- Dunnes (Irish chain); Watch- Michael Kors, Necklace- Lia Sophia; Bracelets- gifts
This is a more casual outfit. I could wear this to work, or on a weekend. That is what I love about these pants. They can be casual or you can dress them up a bit. They are just as comfortable as my jeans, but it looks like I put more thought into the outfit (even though I definitely didn't)!
Blazer- Gap; Button up- JCP; Belt- eBay; Boots- Etienne Aigner via Shoes.com; Watch- Michael Kors; Earrings- New York & Company; Ring- gift
This might be my favorite outfit. I love all the layers and textures in the outfit and pop of color with the belt. I just need a horse so I can go riding now.
Shirt- gift; Shoes- Target; Necklace- Penney's (Irish store); Earrings- Francesca's Collections; Bracelets and ring- gifts; Watch- Michael Kors
I love how femininity of the lace stands out against the green of the pants.
Do you have olive green pants? What do you wear them with?

I seriously love all of these looks! My favorite has to be the polka dots and blazer look. I really do need to get a pair of olive green pants like those!

I can't say it was easy to pick a favorite from your outfits! I love them all. If I had to choose, I think I love the blazer and the lace top combos the most! Great picks! Susan

The polka dot shirt is definitely my favorite, too! I love these pants and they are a great staple in my wardrobe.
ReplyDeleteHaha! It's so funny, I would say you are the brave one with your bright colors and pattern mixing. I don't like olive by my face because I think it washes me out, but olive pants are great!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kim! I have a feeling I will be wearing those boots a lot this fall and winter.
ReplyDeletePurple is probably one of my favorite colors to pair with olive! And the polka dot outfit is definitely my favorite, too!
ReplyDeleteI love corduroy pants (this is embarrassing, but I have like 6 pairs)! They are nice and warm during the winter and never need ironing (bonus)!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ginny! I can't wait till it's cooler so I can actually wear it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan! I like that lace shirt and should really wear it more often. But the blazer looks with the layers and different textures is definitely my favorite!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ashley! They are really versatile, I am so glad I bought them!
ReplyDeleteThank you Andrea! I've actually found my olive pants to be more versatile than my grey ones. I think I just like how the olive looks next to colors more than grey.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love reading one piece, many ways posts because they give you so many ideas! :)
ReplyDeleteI struggle with remixing at times, too. I get so many ideas with how to mix colors and textures from other people, I love the inspiration! My favorite look is the blazer and riding boots, too. I can't wait until it is cool enough to wear it! :)
ReplyDeleteThese all look SO great!!! I love how you've done the photos here too. It's so fun. Your boots are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love those boots, they go with everything! And thank you (about the pics), I figured I had to find a way to post them if my husband was nice enough to take them all! :)
ReplyDeleteLaura, I love this post! So many great looks! I agree, my favorite one is the one with the polka dot blouse and blazer. I have a pair of olive skinny pants that I love, but they don't fit me right now :( As soon as I can fit into them, I have big plans for the :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Brynn! I hope you fit in your olive pants soon! :)
