Whiskey Bread Pudding (lower calorie/fat)

4. To make the whiskey sauce, put 1/2c. sugar, 1/2c. butter, 1/4c. whiskey, and 1/2c/ heavy cream in a small saucepan. Heat over low-med heat stirring constantly until a low boil is reached.

  2. Gotta love an old favorite in a healthier version! Bread pudding is one of my favorites and this one sounds divine!

    1. It's definitely one of my favorites, too! I was amazed at the calorie difference between the 2 recipes! I don't think it tastes that much different either. I love it when it works out so well, but not as unhealthy.
