Spicy Burgers

Be not afraid! These burgers really aren't spicy at all, but they ARE my all time favorite burgers. We got the recipe from Quick and Easy Grilling: Over 100 Fast and Furious Timesaving Recipes and adapted it a bit to our tastes. I love the recipe makes a lot because I can enjoy the leftovers!

Here is a step by step of how to make these beauties!

1. Chop 4 green onions, 1 small onion, and 1 red bell pepper. 

2. Combine red pepper, onion, green onion in a bowl with 2T. crushed garlic (or more if you are trying to keep those pesky vampires away), 3T. prepared horseradish, 2T. soy sauce, 1T. brown sugar, 1T. Worcestershire sauce, 1t. pepper, 2lbs lean ground sirlion, and 1/2 cup feta (you could also use bleu cheese). We add about 1/4-1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs for firmness.

3. Mix ingredients together and form patties (approximately 12).

4. Let your husband grill those babies up to his heart's content. Look at those grill marks! 

5. Enjoy on a bun with fixings...before they are gone...because these will disappear fast!
Spicy Burgers
1/2c. feta cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3T. minced garlic
2T. soy sauce
1T. brown sugar
1T. Worcestershire sauce
3T. prepared horseradish
1t. pepper
2lbs ground sirloin
1/4-1/2c. Italian breadcrumbs

1. Chop onion, green onions, and red bell pepper.
2. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
3. Form approximately 12 patties. 
4. Grill until burgers are fully cooked.
